This page explains how admfy handles personal data on the website and in the systems it runs on its subdomains, following Brazilian law nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

1. Who the controller is

2. Data we handle

We handle the contact details you provide, such as name, e-mail, phone number and company. We also record browsing data generated automatically when someone visits the site, such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and time of access. Inside the systems our clients hire, we handle the usage data produced by their own operation on the platform.

3. What we use it for

We use this data to answer whoever gets in touch, to run, maintain and improve the systems and the website, to protect the operation against fraud and unauthorized access, and to comply with the legal and regulatory obligations that apply to the company.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on the performance of the contract signed with the client, on compliance with legal obligations, on the company's legitimate interest and, where the law requires it, on the consent of whoever provided the data.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share with infrastructure, hosting, communication and audience measurement providers only what is needed for the service to work, and with public authorities when there is a legal order.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to work, keep preferences and measure audience. Measurement runs through Google Tag Manager and the Google tools it loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, keeping in mind that some features may stop working as expected.

7. How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as the purpose behind the collection lasts, or for the period the law requires. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure of data, among them role-based access control, encryption in transit, audit logging and a backup routine.

9. Rights of the people whose data we hold

You can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about who it was shared with, and withdrawal of consent. Just write to team@admfy.com and we answer within the deadlines set by the LGPD.

10. International transfer

Some providers process data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, we require guarantees compatible with Brazilian data protection law.

This policy may change at any time. The version that applies is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
